Just a few days after it released its preliminary prospectus, Dialogue health updated the details of the IPO. The company expects to issue between 8,333,333 and 11,111,111 shares at $9.00-$12.00 per share for gross proceeds of $100 million.
For the year ended December 31, 2020, Dialogue reported revenue of $35.8 million (99% recurring) and a $20.2 million net loss. On a forward basis, it has annual recurring revenue of around $60M.
The company has 500 health providers which cover 12 medical specialties and a wide variety of allied health professions (OT, PT, etc). Dialogue is a B2B company and in that sense, its business model is unique. According to the company, it is the only integrated B2B model in Canada and is the only platform with three live programs: primary care, mental health and EAP.
