Unfortunately, we're pretty limited when it comes to 5G. Most of your options are going to be south of the border. And depending on what stocks you're looking at, prices are pretty bloated already.
However, there are some options here in Canada, they just don't provide as much "wow" factor and potential returns.
Blackberry (TSX:BB) could benefit from 5G technology, especially with the company's software being used in many vehicle systems today.
Sierra Wireless (TSX:SW) makes devices that allow machines to communicate with each other. As 5G advances, there is going to be more demand for their devices.
And finally Telus and Rogers, major telecom companies here in Canada are getting the jump on 5G technology.
Although none of these companies exclusively focus on 5G, they all will benefit from the development of the technology.
