There is pretty much one ETF in the country that aims to take advantage of the data/hardware aspect of AI development, and that is Global X Big Data & Hardware ETF (TSE:HBGD).

It tracks a portfolio of companies all over the world focusing directly on data development, storage, and management solutions as well as hardware. It also has a bit of a crypto element to it with some exposure to blockchain technology.

The fund has put up some outstanding returns due to the surge in data center demand and overall AI demand. Only thing I'd say about this fund is prepare for volatility, as the sector is very volatile.
