As I own DOC, I can say that I still own the company and am still bullish on the company. It has been stuck around this level for a couple of months now and IMO, this period of consolidation is healthy. Now that the virtual health care euphoria has subsided, investors can get back to basics. Doc still has many deals to close and revenue are expected to materially increase over the next few quarters.
The company has a forward revenue run rate of around $40M which gives it a forward P/S ratio of 9.61. This is inline with the some of the industry leaders - so I would consider it fairly valued. The company will likely need some material news to move the needle like it did in 2020, however even without - stable growth is achievable. As a small cap, it certainly carries additional risk and will be subject to greater volalitity.
All things considered, I am confident in the company's ability to execute and see further upside. This is why I continue to hold the stock.
