ASML Pink Sheet

Hi there
I am looking to buy into ASML on the dip. When I look to buy it in US dollars it shows up as a Pink Sheet transaction. There is a risk disclaimer when ordering. Is there a risk when selling this stock in the future when it is a Pink Sheet? Am I better off buying the CDR instead? Are CDRs difficult to sell because of the low volume of transactions?
Thank you for any help you can provide.

It shouldn't be a pink sheet transaction. ASML trades as a New York Registry Share. This arrangement allows ASML's ordinary shares to be directly listed and traded in the U.S. market.

You shouldn't have any difficulty with the CDRs. I'd be interested to see what ticker you are looking up for ASML to get a pink sheet transaction. Let me know.

It was my mistake. It was the factional share version. ASMLF. Thank you for responding.
