Beginner in creating portfolio

Hi,

For a young working person (in late 20s) who wants to start building his portfolio from scratch and wanted to create wealth over a period of next 10-20yrs and doesn’t have any knowledge of equity investment, what would be your suggested stocks or Model Portfolio to start with on a longterm investment strategy without withdrawing any funds from the created portfolio and constantly adding funds on regularly basis.
Hope you can share the list and portion of those stocks to make such a portfolio.
