BN.TO Fair value price

this means that for BN.TO stock, the fair value of this is 69$ CAD a share right?

Also, since BN also exists with BN.TO, would we account BN into this or not? may I ask why? wouldn’t the market cap of Brookfield be the market cap of BN + BN.TO? since its the total shares or is that not the case? Thanks

Hi there,
This is correct. And no, you do not take into account BN in this. BN and BN.TO are the same company and the market cap is the same, the ticker just trades on different exchanges.

For example:

BN.TO 's market cap is listed at CAD$80.1B & BN's market cap is listed at US$59.86B. The difference? Is simply the exchange rate. So the market cap of BN.TO = BN.
