BSR REIT (HON.UN)

Pretty unique REIT. Essentially targets middle level housing in US residential hotbeds, particularly Texas.

I will not try to pretend I am an expert on US level real estate. I find myself being occupied enough with equity research that I really don't have the time to research US real estate. This is why generally I avoid these Canadian listed REITs that invest solely in the United States. However, that is me.

On the surface, everything looks really strong. Growing FFO, growing net operating income, the company's units outstanding are reducing, its AFFO payout ratio has declined down to what I would view as an industry leader in most Canadian residential REITs.

It seems like you've found a solid option.
