Copper ETF

If you're looking for a Canadian option we don't really have all that many. The one you mentioned, COPP.TO, is one of the only ones.

We do have CPCC.TO, but it is a covered call ETF. I imagine you're looking to buy this to benefit from pricing upside, so I wouldn't go the covered call route.

In the US, hard to argue with something like COPX. Solid fund. Well diversified, fees are reasonable.

I imagine you're looking for copper miners/producers. However, if you're looking for just a fund that tracks the price of copper, CPER is one you could look at too.
