Hey there.

There is a bit of an added layer of complexity here with this deal. You get 0.45x National Bank shares for the CWB shares. So, if NA goes up, CWB will go up and vice versa. This is why you see National down 3.5% today and CWB down around that much, give or take a bit.

Holding either option gives you the upside/downside really
