Dividend Screener issues

The numbers for HR-UN.TO, NTR.TO and TPX-B.TO are a bit strange resulting in incorrect yield %.

There are others as well.  You can find them easily by sorting on the Yield % column.  I think it might have to do with some of the numbers such as market cap being actual versus in the millions.

Upon investigation, we found the issue and will re-post accordingly. We accidentally used trailing dividend rate instead of forward dividend rate. Will fix.
