No doubt a test of patience right now. Industrial REITs are cheap in my eyes. It is why you see me holding Granite and will not only continue to hold but add.

I believe right now sentiment is about as bad as it can get in the REIT space. I do believe if you're going to be investing in these companies right now, patience is key.
