Hi Dan,

What are your current thoughts on EIF, specifically after reading the AI newsletter. I have been eying this stock for awhile, especially after your YouTube video speaking about them. Beyond the “matting” segment can this be long term hold, it has great dividend profile. Thanks.

There is little doubt the company is fully valued here. Needs to execute, but I do believe it will.

You're not getting the slam dunk deal you were back at $40 a share, but I don't necessarily think you're overpaying here either.

Just don't go into this one with the expectations of multi-bagger potential, at least over the short-term. Those returns have all been soaked up.

But, I am still fairly bullish here.
