GDNP has a wide base of customers. It has over 500 recurring business to business customers across more than 50 states/provinces. , none of which hold material hold over revenue. Of note, this is a highly fragmented market and the largest global company owns only 3% of the market share.
They certainly could be a takeover target, but that is not their goal. They intended on doing acquisitions themselves as they see a big opportunity to be an industry consolidator. In other words, they plan on going at it on their own.
