Hello there! I have been wanting to invest in real estate for some time now, and after reading what you have to say about GRT.UN.TO, I think that’s a great option. My dilemma is that Granit is industrial, while Canadian Apartment Properties is residential. Would it be a good idea to invest in both as one focuses more on companies, and the other on homes for citizens if I’m looking to invest in RIETS? Or is having two RIETS a bad idea? Thank you!
