I think in some part, the launch in price was a knee-jerk reaction. Any sort of acquisition/partnership news seems to be launching stocks in 2020, and when you combine a perennial underperformer in Blackberry with a star company like Amazon, it's share price is bound to see a significant increase based off the headline alone.
Blackberry has been an underperforming company for the better part of 9 years now, and it will need to show me something out of this partnership to make me want to consider investing again.
This is something that isn't yet commercialized, and there is really no indication of how it will generate any sort of revenue for the company.
