In Canada you have SEDI.ca which you can find insider information. It is very clunky however, and not very easy to use. There is also Canadianinsider.ca but that is a paid service. You can get a few views for free when you sign up as a member. TMXMOney has some information as does Morningstar under the ownership tab of the security.
It is pretty disjointed unless you pay for the information.
