Hey there. It has been an absolutely crazy time for the company. The downgrade in guidance, then suspension of guidance, and now a potential criminal probe.
The company stated that it would be returning to growth in 2026. This was primarily the reasoning I felt the thesis was intact. I was going to heavily monitor the company for the rest of 2025 and if growth didn't look like it was going to continue in 2026, I would have likely removed it from the Foundational List.
Fast forward to today and we have some unproven accusations that the company is being investigated by the DoJ for fraud. The company has denied this is going on, but I am kind of waiting for an official release or interview today to see what is going on.
This is some gut-wrenching volatility from a company that is typically very consistent. So, shocking is an understatement.
