It is largely a non-event. The lawsuit was announced in late June and centers around the detour gold acquisition. In effect, they were unhappy that adding DGC to its asset base upped the cost profile of the company. The market did not react kindly to the deal and sent its share in a downwards spiral. As you know, it has rebounded in a big way.

I don't forsee this lawsuit having merit, nor will it have any significant impact on share price - its been a month since the lawsuit was announced and its share price is up by 27% since. We aren't concerned.
