I like it quite a bit. The deal was was actually a little cheaper than its last one and further expands its reach in Asia-Pacific. LSPD is positioned to be a leading global payment company and its brand is increasingly becoming recognized. THere is a still plenty of consolidation to be had in the space given it is still fragmented on a global scale. Vend as an additional $7B in GMV and double's its presence in the region.
I really like what LSPD is doing and it should reap the rewards here. I own it and have zero intentions of selling. When we first looked into it short after it IPO'ed, we were pretty excited. Felt it had real potential and comparison to SHOP were often made. The company is delivering, and those comparisons look more accurate by the day.
