An investment advisor was managing my portfolio and purchased Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust (MHCUF) for income reasons. I’m trying to understand if this is worth keeping as I’ve now taken over the portfolio. Would appreciate your thoughts.

Solid REIT, zero issues with it. Strong underlying numbers and healthy payout ratios. It is in a lot better shape than many of the residential REITs trading in Canada.
