Mthly Dividends, best stocks

This is great, it's a starting point for my research. Thanks as always!

First off, let me start this off by saying the frequency of a dividend should never be the basis of an investment. But, there are plenty of monthly payers here in Canada. First off, REITs often pay monthly. So, Bull List stock Killam Apartment REIT (KMP.UN), Foundational Stock Granite REIT (GRT.UN). And there's also income funds that pay monthly, like Bull List stock A&W Royalty Fund (AW.UN).

We actually have a lot of monthly payers on our Bull Lists. Exchange Income Corp (EIF) was one that got removed, but is still a very strong company. Savaria (SIS) and Parkland Fuels (PKI) are two others. Park Lawn (PLC) used to pay a monthly dividend but it's switching to quarterly. In terms of renewable plays, you have Northland Power (NPI). And on the energy side, Altagas (ALA). In terms of pipelines, Pembina (PPL) and Keyera (KEY) pay on monthly basis.
