Hi Mat/Dan, I just realised NPTH has been removed from watchlist. I have a small position. Should I be concerned?

Hi there,

No absolutely not. We are just trying to streamline the list and are only going to include stocks that have a one-year price target by analysts. NPTH was removed because there is no one-year price target. Has nothing to do with the quality of the company itself.

It remains an interesting company and the largest chronic pain clinic providers in the country. The company has struggled this fall as lockdowns and the second wave will no doubt have an impact on the company. It generates the majority of revenue from in-clinic visits/consultations and lockdowns will impact the company over the short term.

Long-term, it operates in the right space and chronic pain (along with mental health) are two areas that will see continued growth in the healthcare industry. NPTH also looks attractively valued at these levels but it may take more pandemic certainty for the stock to rebound.
