It's a solid midstream company, lots of exposure to natural gas and LNGs, which I'm a bit more bullish on than crude.

My only issue with the company at this point in time is the extensive debt taken on to fund some acquisitions. Debt has more than doubled over the last year or so here and the company also issued a bunch of shares.

I like the company but I actually believe our mid stream companies here in Canada (Enbridge, Pembina, TC Energy etc) are a bit cheaper.
