Hi there,
Graycliff is an early stage exploration & Development company that just ipoed last summer. It owns a 100% interest in the Shakspeare property which was a past producing asset in the early 19th century.
To be honest, outside of what may be an attractive property - not sure what the big interest is here. It is just like any other early stage E&P company that is currently drilling and years away from construction and production. This means, it will require significant costs and likely many share issues along the way.
It just completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 drilling program is along the way. It is also still too early for a technical report and no timeline beyond the Phase 2 drilling. Bottom line, highly speculative just like most of these early stage E&D companies.
