On the gold topic again. Wondering and looking at OR -Osisko Royalties. It seems to have been lagging the gold uptrend compared to other royalty companies in the gold space. Is it something they may have done or not done? I find they are not being loved much and am not sure why. Can one of you shed any light on this one and has there been any changes recently that account for the lack of price movement?

Hi George,

I am not seeing the same lag as you are. I compared Osisko Gold Royalties to WPM, FNV, SSL and RGLD (in the US). Over past year, OR is right on par with FNV as the second-best performing streamers. OR is up by 28.10% and FNV is up by 28.98% over the past year.

Only WPM is far exceeding that pace, with gains of 42.05% but its important to note that WPM also has high exposure to silver, which makes it slightly less directly comparable.

Overall, Osisko Gold has performed quite well.
