PNP – PineTree Capital

Lots of eyeballs on this one obviously because of Mark Leonard, with Damien being the son.

He seems to be employing a very similar playbook to his father, but adapted for micro-caps. And unfortunately, in this current selloff, these types of companies are going to get wrecked. We can see the stock has fallen from $23~ a share all the way down to $10.

This stock is an automatic no for me simply based on volume. I won't even dig any further than that. There is some serious liquidity issues here that would pretty much prevent me from ever owning it. It has daily average volume of only around $57,000 in shares traded. You could end up taking a massive hit if you wanted to sell and there wasn't enough volume.
