I purchased XBC this morning, and plan to hold for the long term.

Price targets don't mean much to us. They can be quite easily revised upwards or downwards without much notice. For example, Aecon's was just increased recently to $22.

Current price target for XBC is $9.62 and for ARE is $21.30 - this is according to Zacks.
