REAL Still a Good buy at present levels?

Hi Dan/Mat,
I recall your email mentioning about this stock when you guys added.
I couldn’t add at that time and keen to add in my portfolio, and wanted to know if you guys are still bullish on this.
Last two days I have seen a fall in the market and price are $23.55 and wanted to know if this is a right to jump in.

Appreciate your quick answer to make an order before market starts going up.

Thanx Mat for the quick response.
No one is sure but are you expecting the TSX down trend to continue for next few days? Reason I'm asking because you mentioned that you will add REAL in coming days :), just curious to know.

Hi Shail,

We believe in the long-term prospects of this company. IMO, the recent downtrend makes for a good entry point for those interested in getting into the stock. Of note, the company's stock is nearing oversold status with a 14-day RSI of 36. It has dropped below 30 a couple of times over past six months and each time the stock has rebounded quite nicely.

Given the current uncertainty in the markets, averaging into a position may also be a smart move here. When compared to the March/April downtrend, these tech stocks haven't been as 'defensive' this second time around. Long-term however, REAL is well positioned to reward investors.
