Screener & Comparison tool not functioning.

When selecting the Screener & Comparison tool the only thing I get is “Unsure of what to do? Click here to watch an introductory video of our screener” & no screeners appear. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

Hi there. Here are a few possible issues that you could look to fix.

1. The user may be using a very old version of the browser that does not support Iframe content.
2. Perhaps in the browser settings, the settings that are needed to display the contents of the Iframe are disabled.
3. There is also a possibility that the iframe is blocked by third-party software, such as an ad blocker.

Look into these and let me know if any solve your problem.

Hi there. Are you logged into a Google account on your browser by chance? I believe you do need to be logged into one to see it. It is just a blank screen you are seeing below the text about the video?
