Black Rock is an exploration and development company. I just changed its name from Black Rock Gold to Black Rock Silver as it switched focus to silver. It has two flagship properties the Tonopah West and Sliver Cloud which are both situated in Nevada.
Both projects are still in drilling phase and there is no guidance as to when the company expects to release preliminary assessments, acquire permitting, beginning construction and production. So IMO, it remains a purely speculative play. Sure, it has an attractive land package and Nevada is mining friendly, but many juniors have had attractive assets and fizzled out. This one carries considerable risk and since it is not revenue generating will need to continue to raise funds through share offerings to support these early phases of the project.
