Any idea what my next steps are here… I think this is a total loss but would like your opinion.

CSE Bulletin: Delist – Royal Wins Corporation (SKLL)
NewsfileFeb 12, 2024 1:37 PM EST
Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – Le 9 fΓ©vrier/February 2024) – The common shares of Royal Wins Corporation will be delisted from the CSE at market close on February 12, 2024.

Royal Wins Corporation is currently suspended. See bulletin 2022-0606.
If you have any questions or require further information, please contact Listings at (416) 367-7340 or E-mail: Listings@thecse.com.

I could call the number/email them but I thought I would ask your opinion first. It was a gamble I took (not much $$$ fortunately) but if there is a loss to take I just need to know how to go about getting it.

Thanks

If this is a voluntary delisting often investors will get some money back as the company technically isn't worthless. However by the looks of it this is a forced delisting by the CSE which kind of means the company is likely in very tough shape.

It looks like the company had gotten into a bit of trouble in regards to not paying its staff and has been hit with a bunch of costs, including nearly $3.2M from the Australian Tax Office.

I'd consider this a complete loss. I'm not even sure there is anything left for you to do, as I doubt anything trickles down to common shareholders.

It's a good example of not placing much money in speculative holdings!
