Hi Dan/Matt,

With the recent lawsuit filed by TC against the US government over the cancelled Keystone project, how do you view this affecting the stock, if at all? This could be tied up in litigation for a while, will it make a difference in the short-term? Long-term?

To be honest - no impact really. While I see them having little chance at succeeding - if they do (which won't be known for years down the road), then great. If not, it won't be a material financial imapct on the company. Bottom line, this does not impact the fundamentals of the company in either the short or long-term.

The only times when lawsuit really impact stock prices, is if the company is being sued for something in particular - depending on the merits and severity of the lawsuits it could impact share price. Much like BP and the big oil spill - took them almost a decade to recover from all those lawsuits and damages.
