Thoughts on LAC.TO

Been looking at Lithium recently and have been drawn to LAC.TO. They recently issued $400 million underwritten public offering at $22 U.S. per share, current trading price is around $18 CAD. Seems like a good entry into this field, especially as EV battery technology will be reliant on Lithium and this industry is expected to growth in the coming years.

Looking for any additional thoughts or advice from you guys Mat and Dan on this potential growth stock.
