I guess the first question I would ask is why are you looking for an alternative to CSU? In my mind, there is no alternative to Constellation, as I view it as one of the strongest technology companies in the country.
If someone were to ask me the simple question of Constellation or Topicus, I choose Constellation 100% of the time.
However, we do really like Topicus as well, and owning both isn't an absurd thought either. I believe Topicus is a situation of "when, not if" it hits the Bull List. It's just hard to commit to a beaten-up technology company right now, as the entire industry is still down quite a bit year to date.
