what is tourmaline’s expected yield in these prices with their current targets of special + regular divvies?

If we assume the company's base dividend of $1.40 a share and then at minimum $2 in special dividends in 2025 you get a yield of around 5% at today's share prices.

However, if natural gas keeps going the way it does, I'd imagine special dividends could be closer to $3, pushing yields closer to 6.5%~.
