Hi Dan, I was wondering if you see any value gaps in any of the foundational list stocks, particularly interested in the Canadian list.
Thank you!

In terms of value, you're likely going to find the most in cyclical stocks that are currently in a bit of an economic dip. On the Canadian end, the two that clearly stand out are Couche-Tard and Canadian Pacific.

Outside of that, most all of the list is bordering on expensive or fairly valued. That said, most of these companies are bordering on expensive because of outstanding results over the years. I wouldn't fret too much about buying them at higher valuations if your plan is to hold long term.

But hard to argue the attractiveness of ATD.TO and CP.TO, especially if we are at a bit of an economic bottom here.

The other one I would add, although it has gone on a really solid run here in 2025, is Granite. I do believe shares are still cheap right now, but not AS cheap as they were even 3-4 months ago.
