Hi, just found that stock and I would like to know what you think about it ? They made many acquisitions but hard to find numbers indicating the earnings.
Thanks

Hi Richard,

Not the biggest fan of this company. Revenue has dropped YoY for the past three years from $4.4M in 2018 to only 1.4M over the past twelve months. It shows a profit, but that is a reaulst of a one time gain and it is actually generating negative operating income. This was a play on the COVID-19 hype and testing but it has yet to demonstrate that this has turned into a legit business model for them.

As you mentioned, it made a few acquisitions recently but unlike what many companies do, it has not revealed anything in terms of the financials of the companies it is acquiring. So it is a black box in terms of how it will add to the company's top and bottom lines. Looks like it will have to be a wait and see situation as investors are unlikely to get any details until quarterly results. The upcoming quarter will be a big one, because it should somewhat demonstrate its business model around covid-19 testing. So in theory, we should see a meaningful jump in revenue - that would be a good thing. If not, then it would be hard for me to justify jumping into it.
