WELL

I note that Well is on another up move the last couple days. Up 15% since June 20th

WELL released earnings yesterday and while it was relatively inline with expectations, the stock took a hit. We are currently in the process of updating quarterly reports and will review WELL in the near future. That said, this type of volatility is not uncommon for small caps like WELL. It is just par for the course.

WHat we can say is that from what we've read of their release, nothing changes from our perspective here. High interest rates are impacting the company, something we already knew, and there was nothing all that negative that really stood out at first glance.

We'll post our overall thoughts on the quarter once we update the report so keep an eye out for it.
