What are your general thoughts on SHOP recent quarter?

Long-term hold in my opinion. An outstanding company that reported an outstanding quarter.

The difficulty here is the market is getting very frothy (expensive) and over the last few days here we've seen the market flush out a lot of expensive stocks. Duolingo, Doordash, Celcius, Opendoor.

Shopify is not in the egregiously expensive basket but it is certainly in the expensive one. The market is priced for large scale growth in the future. So even outstanding quarters can disappoint and send the stock downwards.

Simple strategy here is to ignore quarterly fluctuations and just buy with a 10+ year mentality.
