If I am not mistaken, you asked us about Chesswood a couple of weeks ago. To be honest not much has changed since then. The economy is starting to gradually re-open which will be a good thing for the company. However, there have been no notable developments at the company since late May.
In terms of growth, this year the company is expected to post negative earnings and revenue growth in fiscal 2020 - this is to be expected. In 2021, the company is expected to post earnings of $0.42 per share - a 41% dip over the current trailing twelve months which is reflective of fiscal 2019. Likewise revenue is expected to dip by approximately 9% in 2021.
At today's price $3.91, it is trading at a P/E of 9.3 based on fiscal 2021 estimates. Not bad, and it could be considered undervalued. The question becomes, can the company meet or beat expectations? Given the current uncertainties, it is nearly impossible to predict.
