What is happening to the railways CNR and CP? They have taken a hit lately. Is this Biden related?

There is really nothing material here for these two companies. Both are relatively flat over the past month and sure - they have dipped from 52-week highs, but one can't expect the stock price to go up in a straight line. Worth noting both companies hit overbought territory at their peak in early January and may be simply now be in the midst of a short term pullback - a perfectly normal technical response to being overbought.
