I just need a bit of clarification here before I can answer this accurately. You're looking for an ETF that pays a distribution, but the bulk of it is capital gains? Is that correct?

In terms of the stock end, you're looking for dividend paying stocks that appreciate in share price? Technically, the only way to realize a capital gain from a stock would be for the price to go up. They will rarely, unless they are some form of income trust or unit that pays out a distribution and not a dividend, pay out capital gains.
