Where to invest in Artificial Intelligence?

Are there any Canadian companies involved in the development and use of artificial intelligence which you would recommend for investment purposes?  A&K Robotics in Vancouver is a start up that looks interesting but I am not sure if you can purchase their stock yet.

Outside of penny stocks, there are not many legitimate TSX-listed companies that specialize in AI. That being said, there are plenty of tech companies that are investing heavily in AI to enhance their suite of products. Companies such as Kinaxis and CGI Group invest heavily in AI.

Kinaxis has won awards for its use of AI and Machine Learning (ML) for its Kinaxis Knowledge Network. CGI Group has a particular impressive framework. Through its "Intelligent Automation Framework" it works with clients to identify the right type of automation technologies that would benefit their strategies.

Although none of these are pure-plays, they do offer exposure to AI. At this point in time, the majority of AI pure-plays are penny stocks and are highly risky.
