Hey there! Typically, we only add REITs or stocks with markets caps above $250 million. So, this would likely be why it isn't in our dividend screener or growth screener.
Interesting REIT though. Keep in mind, this is essentially a pure-play on apartment properties in the United States, particularly in sunbelt destinations.
It looks pretty solid, the rents look more than affordable and has performed pretty well during the pandemic. The only thing I'd maybe want to watch is its payout ratios. In 2019, they were in the low 70% range when it came to funds from operations. They're now approaching 90%.

The company recently issued shares, which is why its share price is taking a bit of a hit.
