Hi Dan,

Any concerns with this one with regards to the mistakes made with the Gardiner here in Toronto? They may not be able to bid on future contracts for a period of time.

These types of lawsuits/delays etc are simply the nature of the business. They come up all the time. This type of situation with a particular city is a small representation of the business overall, so I'm not worried whatsoever.

In addition to this, there has been nothing proven in court yet that shows WSP even did anything wrong.
