It is a solid company but one I have never really been interested in because of the strict focus on residential and commercial mortgages. I'd rather just own the banks, which have put up stronger returns overall with much more diverse loan portfolios.

I think the Canadian mortgage landscape is going to be pretty hard to navigate moving forward as well. Nothing against the company, it just isn't really my cup of tea as one can achieve similar returns with more diverse companies, reducing risk.
