They are actually very interesting. It's about time we saw a Canadian version of these!

Now, the MER on EARK is very expensive, 1.15%. Performance has justified this as of late, but prior to COVID the ARKK ETF's returns weren't THAT crazy to the point where this high management fee would be justified.

I'm currently looking into BMO's variants, and liking what I see as well. They have so many options to choose from. Genomic, Fintech, Clean Energy etc.

Once I start seeing these in action for a bit and getting an understanding of holdings/methodology, it's very possible I could use these funds for my U.S. exposure.
