Markets have been a bit rough lately, and I know that can be frustrating and somewhat worrying. We’ve seen a pullback across the board over the past few weeks, and sentiment has definitely shifted.
The indexes have held up reasonably well. By “reasonably well,” I mean better than a lot of individual equities. While many stocks are undergoing correction-like price declines, large AI names are doing reasonably well and propping up the major indexes. If those start to correct, we will no doubt see further volatility.
But as I’ve mentioned hundreds of times, this is the kind of environment where having a solid process matters most. Panicking never works. Sticking to your strategy and focusing on quality companies does.
The cheaper stocks get, the more attractive they are to buy.
Now, are we “cheap” yet? No. I think we’ve been spoiled over the last 10+ years with markets that never seem to do anything but go up. Although I remain 100% invested and continue to buy every week, I’ll reserve my thoughts on how “cheap” stocks are if we get to 20-25% lower, not 5%.
That said, I don’t want to spend too much time on market commentary this week. We’re only about a week into the new Stocktrades Premium platform, and I want to make sure you’re getting the full value out of it. The new platform launch comes at an opportune time because, during rocky markets like this, having better tools to analyze stocks and your portfolio can be a game-changer.

Get Your Portfolio Connected
If you haven’t already, the first thing I’d recommend doing is logging in and setting up your portfolio with the platform.
Once it’s connected, you’ll be able to track your holdings, see how they’re performing, and get access to analysis and data that’s tailored to your own portfolio.
I believe I have developed the most comprehensive portfolio tracker in the country, and it is now available to you as simply a single feature in an entire platform.
Keep in mind, I’m consistently developing new features for the portfolio tracker. What you see now is simply the beginning.
A Tutorial Page is Coming
I’m in the midst of creating a full-scale tutorial page that will serve as a resource for you to find insights and directions for any of the tools on the platform. It will be a written tutorial, whereas the tutorials below are in video format.
For now, simply watch the videos below (they’re chaptered, so you can jump to the sections you want) and feel free to drop any questions in the Q&A.
You don’t need to watch all these videos right away. In fact, I’d argue that slower is better.
Portfolio Setup Walkthrough
This video will walk you through how to set up your portfolio on the platform and how you’ll have a comprehensive analysis within 15-30 minutes. Because this is a manual-entry portfolio (I don’t believe in linking my portfolio details anywhere online), it does take a bit longer, yes. However, the juice is most certainly worth the squeeze here.
In the week or so the platform has been live, members have stated it is their go-to login to see their portfolio in action every single day.
