Quick RatioCan be calculated by subtracting a company's inventory from its current assets and dividing by the current liabilities. As an equation: Quick ratio= (Current assets- Inventory)/Current Liabilities. It is also known as the acid test ratio. It is used to characterize a company's ability to meet current financial requirements, eg. bills.
